Growing up in Kansas City was an exercise in family, friends, BBQ and the Chiefs. Connecting all four of these pillars is community. Community has always been at the center of my life and I thank my family and my hometown for nurturing that special connection in all of us and in everything we seek to accomplish. This appreciation for the importance of community guides me in my collegiate life and my personal life. As I continue to build social and professional networks, I look for people that have the same sense of purpose and want to work on projects that allow others to come together in the same way. This is why I see the NFL as my post-graduate goal. I love how the brand and its associated teams bring people together year-round through every interaction you can imagine (IRL, gaming, apparel, charity/philanthropy, travel and more), and this is where I want to focus my energy and leadership.
